Mostly Cloudy: Chance of Showers and Thunderstorms
Mostly Sunny but rain later
Showers and Thunderstorms
After a nice Tuesday here in Muncie, conditions are going to be changing. For Wednesday, the day will start off with increasing clouds and eventually giving way to rain from a passing cold front. Wednesday will also have a high of 78, which is still slightly above normal for this time of year. After the rain moves out during the night hours on Wednesday, Thursday will be a very nice day with mostly sunny skies and a high of 76. But more rain will be coming right as the work week ends and the weekend begins. On Friday, the morning and early afternoon hours will be mostly sunny; but clouds will increase leading to rain on Friday night with a high of 79 during the day. Family weekend is also coming up here at Ball State, but the wet conditions will stick around for the BSU football home opener on Saturday. With a high of 76 and rain throughout the day on Saturday, be sure to bring a poncho to Scheumann Stadium if you’re planning on going to the game. Even though it will be rainy on Saturday, ending the family weekend on Sunday will be a nice day with a high of 75 and sunny skies.
