Forecast Discussion:

Hello and happy Wednesday! Today we seen well above average temperatures with highs reaching up to 64° with mostly cloudy skies. Tomorrow, rain showers are possible throughout the day as highs make their way up to 65°. By Friday, strong storms appear likely with the Storm Prediction Center issuing an enhanced risk for severe thunderstorms. Right now it appears damaging winds is the primary threat but large hail and an isolated tornado or two cannot be ruled out. As we move into the weekend temperatures drop back into the lower 40’s with a rain snow mix possible early Saturday morning. By the time we get to the start of your work week temperatures rebound into the upper 40’s but rain showers return. Don’t forget to check us out on twitter @WCRDWX!
