Forecast Discussion: Temperatures have been up and down for all of the listening area over the past week. Since the cold front made it way through Central Indiana last evening the rain chances have diminished and the cooler temperatures have arrived. Temperatures for Friday reached up to 57 degrees in Muncie, however, conditions felt a little more chilly with the winds from the NNW at 5-10 mph. If you are headed out this evening make sure to grab a light jacket, temperatures will drop down to 41 degrees. Saturday will remain calm and partly cloudy. Highs across the area will reach 55 degrees and will seem cooler given the winds. The remainder of the weekend will bring plenty of sunshine and the precursor to a warm up for early next week. Sunday, highs will reach the mid-60s and lows will be in the mid-50s. Next week, temperatures will return to above average with rain chances returning on Tuesday afternoon.
