What a beautiful fall day across Central Indiana! The combination of peak fall foliage, sunshine, and mild temperatures made for a terrific Wednesday!
Changes start to enter the forecast tomorrow, however, as a few showers are possible late in the day and overnight into the early morning hours on Friday. These showers will be light and very hit-or-miss. Friday looks to be dry, with temperatures in the 50s.
Our best chance for widespread rain over the next seven days will arrive on Saturday. Expect rain showers to impact the Ball State Football game against Ohio. All of the clouds and precipitation will also keep temperatures cool throughout the day.
Things look to dry out on Sunday and early next week, but temperatures will really take a tumble. We could be talking the coldest air of the season by the middle and late portions of next week. Dare I say that a few snow showers are possible on Halloween? Now that is a spooky thought.
Stay tuned for all the latest on the forecast as we approach Halloween!
