Monday Rain Chances

Monday Rain Chances post thumbnail image

Tonight: Expect another mild October night, with lows only dropping down into the lower 60s. Winds will come out of the east at 10mph and skies will be partly cloudy.

Tomorrow: During the day, skies will be mostly cloudy with high temperatures in the upper 70s. Make sure to take the umbrella with you if you are headed out on Monday afternoon, as widespread rain showers will accompany a cold front that moves through. Expect rain showers starting late in the day around 7pm on Monday and ending early Tuesday morning around 2am. Winds will be breezy, coming out of the southwest at 15mph, gusting up to 25mph at times. Total rainfall amounts will be around a quarter of an inch.

7-day: With the exception of a slight chance for rain Thursday evening, we remain quiet and dry for the rest of the week. High temperatures will continue to fall each day this week, setting up a much cooler, seasonal pattern for late this week and next weekend! After seeing temperatures 20+ degrees above average this past week, it will be a nice return to more fall-like temperatures! We could possibly see some frost/freeze advisories during the overnight hours later this week, as low temperatures will fall into the lower 30s!
