Tonight: Temperatures are currently in the lower 30’s. Skies are overcast and winds are coming out of the north-west around 10-15 mph. Continuing into tonight, temperatures are expected to drop into the upper teens, with strong wind gusts around 20-25 mph. There’s also about a 20% chance for an isolated snow shower to move through the area; however, probability at this point is minimal.
Tomorrow: In the morning, temperatures are going to be below freezing in the upper teens and lower 20s creating an overall very cold start to the day; however temperatures to be in the lower 30s for tomorrows high. Winds have the potential to be gusty at times, with a general NNW wind flow around 10-15 mph. By tomorrow night, temperatures could drop back into the teens.
7-Day: For the remainder of the week ,temperatures are forecasted to significantly drop by this week, with low temperatures reaching the single digits by Saturday and possibly even the negatives by Sunday. There are also a few days where mixed precipitation (rain/snow) is forecasted as well. As the system that’s expected to bring snow to the area continues to develop, the weather team will provide updates as needed.
