Warmer Temperatures Give Us Threat for Severe Weather

Warmer Temperatures Give Us Threat for Severe Weather post thumbnail image

Tonight:

Temperatures will remain mild for most of the night. The low will be around 59 degrees with mostly cloudy skies and it will be a breezy night. These breezy conditions tonight will all be due to a low pressure system moving in tomorrow. Be sure to have a jacket handy as the winds will make it feel a little cooler outside.

Tomorrow:

Throughout the day tomorrow, expect rain showers. Chances for severe weather will begin in the late evening after 7PM and could bring us hail, damaging winds, and an isolated tornado. The National Weather Service has Muncie under level 2 out 5 which is the slight risk. Tomorrow night be sure to stay updated with our social media and stay tuned to your local news station live if we have any severe weather pop up later in the evening. Temperatures will remain warm and that will be fueling these storms along with some other factors. Rain will continue overnight Wednesday and into early Thursday morning.

7-Day Forecast:

Tomorrow will be rainy for the day with severe thunderstorms likely in the evening. Temperatures will remain warm for the day, but by the time we reach Thursday temperatures fall off. We remain dry for the next couple of days, but stay cool for the weekend. Rain chances return at the beginning of the week next week with below average temperature
